1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 1 to 3 business days.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will activate within 24 hours.

4. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Diamond of Destiny LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
